4:00 am ??????

I was on the email this morning at 6:00ish am our time. and then I checked again several minutes later and there was an email from both Natalie and Stephanie. Go to Sleep!!!! (at 4:00 am your time. ) I just finished my 3 miles. It was so hot. But, It was great - I hated missing it yesterday for the AC man. But I'm back and tomorrow becky and i do a 5 mile again. Doesn't seem near as threatening as 6 miles. Keep up the great work. Don't let anything get in your way today. Love, mom
