So today was kind of a rough day and night last night with Pierce, irregular sleeping and a constant headache. But around 5:00 I took Pierce and went on a mile walk while Curt studied. Then we came back and Curt still had more studying to do, so I took a pain killer and decided to go back out. So we walked another mile. It was so beautiful outside and good for me to get out of the house too. I felt really great during and after and so I'm really glad I did it.
